She will carry herself well on camera with scripted and non-scripted productions. Candidate will receive immediate exposure via our web video promotions which reach 35+ online video channels (including YouTube.com, MySpaceTV, GoogleVideo, Blip.tv, and more). Our videos receive 100K views in the first hours alone after posting with responses from all around the world. Our online marketing efforts are innovative and fresh so our audience and client base is about to grow fast. Candidate should be able to write scripts quickly based on ideas and meetings, will be able to present on camera, and enjoy an exciting and fast pace environment.

Jerry: Email auto-responders are emails that instantly go out when someone submits a form on your site.

Lets look at an example and see the benefits. Our client Resumebrander.com has given us permission to use their site as an example.

If you visit ResumeBrander.com you’ll see at the bottom there is an ebook/newsletter signup. The moment you put in your first name and your email address and press go, you’ll instantaneously get an email to your mailbox. And you’ll see an email from resumebrander.com, you’ll see that we engaged them by using their first name as well as provided them a link to the ebook that they requested. We also gave them a lot more information about the company and we also thanked them for the request.

Remember this is going out to your customers so make sure its convenient and beneficial for them.

Now think of all the possibilities you can do here. You can have a contact form where you can let them know that someone will contact them within 24hrs or less. A support form showing them a URL to maybe your most FAQs about your site. Or an order forms where you can send them an instant confirmation thanking them for their order.

You can either setup a unique email address or use your existing email address so that they can reply directly to you.

Jabel: Here are a few more tips and suggestions for the perfect use of auto-responders:

Automate follow up emails to keep in touch with clients about current events, updates and products and services..

Make sure your auto-response message is creative and not boring! You can do this by adding ‘how-to’ tips, highlights about products and services or you can even add your own personal lingo but make sure it is appropriate for the kind of business you are in.

Be aware of the dangers of online imposters discrediting your name, company name, or brand

Online impersonation & personal reputation management is important no matter how big or small your company may be. Securing your name on social media sites; especially in a world where mass media rules- should not be taken lightly.

Just by looking at me, you can tell that I am not Tom Hanks or Nicole Kidman… but that’s not the point…the point is—in the online world, would you really be able to tell? Your name could be at risk if you don’t take the first step in securing it.

Jerry: Online impersonation is a serious threat and a growing trend. It could be someone who is an admirer of your company or someone who is unaware of your companies’ existence or also someone who has malicious intent.

If your name is available in these systems someone can grab your username, start up a blog or even start up a website dedicated to misleading your audience.

If you plan on marketing on search engines or never plan to marketing at all, it’s actually much easier to prevent this from happening than to take down an imposter.

Spam Bots attacking your Contact Form? Cut them off with security like Captcha!

Hi and welcome to another episode of Web Marketing Tips & Techniques from Nuesion: Revolutionists in Web Marketing. Today on the phone we have Dee from Houston Texas. Hi Dee, how are you doing and what’s your question?

Hey Jerry, I’m doing great. Um, We have a contact form on our website and it gets a lot of spam mail. What, what can we do to eliminate this problem?

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I bet your contact form has no verification system to see if the submitter is a human or a spam-bot.

A bot is usually an application that is launched by spammers to exploit contact forms to get their message out. You can set up a filed that says IF YOU ARE A HUMAN, CHECK THIS BOX, most humans will catch that, but a spam bot won’t. You can easily stop these automated attacks by setting up atleast one layer of human verification. A more advance solution would be incorporating a visual verification process called Captchas. Captchas are pretty straight forward but can annoy the hell out of someone people. I guarantee, if you set up a captcha system, you’ll reduce 90% of your spam email.

While you’re at it you might want to remove your email address from your website, especially your contact page. This is usually harvested by spammers and used when they get their spam lists out.
